what machine cleanser works for pimples not to make soft skin?

Answer: As far as I know there isn't one.
And all acne treatment dry up your skin, thats what they supose to do... However, look for a product that is for sensetive acne prone skin.

Wall-to-wall carpeting. Why does it scare us? Because it is so hard to clean thoroughly. Wall-to-wall carpets trap thousands of germs. Allergens from shoes, pet dander and mold can live deep inside the material, not to mention blood. If you already have wall-to-wall carpets, use a vacuum with a high-efficiency particulate air filter. A better alternative is to use area rugs, which can be machine-washed (and are easier to roll up to transport dead bodies).
