Best face moisturizer for dry sensitive skin from accutane?

Question: I'm about to start taking accutane, (I'm aware of the side effects and potential dangers) and my skin is going to be extremely dry and peeling, as well as my lips. I have sensitive skin and my pores clog easily, whats the best face moisturizer you would suggest? Pricey and non-pricey.

Answer: I agree with the above posters. Cetaphil is hands down the best. You can use it all over your face, including your lips. You can also use it on other areas of dry skin. It is glycerol based (instead of oil-based) and is non-comedogenic. Good luck.

Use emu oil, it is both natural and usually inexpensive in large bottles. Coconut oil is also a natural moisturizer for both face and hair, but more expensive. For lips I suggest using lanolin, another natural moisturizer. All of these should be under about $20 and worth spending

Mind you, when I purchased this last year around October/November 2011, I was on accutane and needed a good moisturizer since Accutane dries out your skin. The reason why I bought this is because I wanted to purchase a moisturizer that had Argan oil on it since I’m a fan of Moroccan oil and the Macadamia Nut Oil hair products. Here is a review of an argan oil-based moisturizer called Zinn Face Revitalizing Anti-Aging Cream with Moroccan Argan Oil . I purchased this in Winners which is a Canadian department store. I would put this on at night and wake up the next day to wash my face and I would still feel the moisturizer on my face. So when I saw this moisturizer, I didnt really think much of it. I have never heard of Zinn until I bought this product....
