Compression socks to wear for races- beneficial with my shin splints?
Question: Do you think wearing compression socks whilst running would be beneficial to me with shin splints?
Answer: I'm not sure about this one, i think they help with fatugue more in your legs, shin splints is something to do with compartment syndrome most of the time- where the muscles need to expand when doing exercise but there isn't enough space for it to do so, therefore it pushes on
